Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream!
**Most important part: The day before you make your ice cream make sure to put the kitchen aid freezer bowl in the freezer.
Mix 1 cup cocoa powder and 3/4 cup brown sugar in a bowl
Add 1 1/2 cups whole milk, 3 1/4 heavy cream and 1 Tablespoon vanilla. Whisk until combined.
Attach freezer bowl to mixer stand. Click paddle into place.
With mixer on in lowest stir setting pour mixture into the ice cream maker.
Watch it spin
After 30 minutes it is ready to be put into a container.
We each had a little bowl like this. It was the same consistency as a Wendy’s Frosty!
After freezing overnight it turned out like this!
